Greetings from Citi Field, where we should have an announcement about Sunday's starter, Mike Pelfrey. Pelfrey was diagnosed with forearm tendinitis following an MRI on Tuesday, and it's doubtful he will be starting. Look for Nelson Figueroa to get the call up.

If Pelfrey isn't put on the DL, the Mets have a move to make: outfielder Jeremy Reed and pitchers Darren O'Day and Bobby Parnell are all options to be designated. But O'Day is a Rule 5 pick so he would have to first be offered back to the Angels.
